OVERVIEW: This basement, although completed by the previous owner, needed an update. With the renovations, the basement now has a bedroom, a gym, a 3 piece bathroom, a large open living space, and a large laundry room that provides extra space for sewing and ironing. The staircase was relocated to allow for better functionality of the basement. Joists that were previously cut were replaced.
