This ADU was a full gut renovation project, the original structure, built in 1916 was in very poor condition when we started construction. We were able to salvage the existing floor upstairs but everything else in the space is new. This was a fun but very challenging project but love the end result! It was featured in RHome Magazine, Summer 2023 issue.
