A Realtor called me one day and said "I have a young couple from San Francisco that want to buy a large Georgian Colonial in Brookhaven but they say it's dated, can you come help?" I met them all down there the next afternoon and after listening to them, I realized that they were a hip young couple who were buying their first home and wanted to reflect their style in this very stately, very traditional home. I knew I had to come up with a look that reflected their young, fun personalities while fitting in to this old, elegant lady. I care a lot about peoples property values and I needed to be respectful of the architecture I was working with...this is the result.
