The Harbor
This classic, 1760 timber-frame home had been used for years as a commercial office building. The new owners purchased it to be within walking distance to everything the iconic seaside town has to offer. The standard colonial 4-square layout was changed to accommodate modern living and allows for views to the harbor as soon as the front door is open. A small addition was added on the water side to accommodate a larger family room and kitchen. That allowed for a roof deck off the master bedroom to take in the spectacular harbor views. The home has a clean, modern aesthetic with touches of warmth from the reclaimed wood beams and white oak floors.
