The Harbourside - Les Maisons

Aluxurious residence crafted for the owner to relish spectacular harbour views from every corner of the home. The bathroom, partitioned by a smart glass, is clearly visible from the living area. With the flick of a switch, the partition turns opaque, obscuring the LED-lit tub beside the floor-to-ceiling window.

The open kitchen design with built-in appliances maximizes visual space and results in an uncluttered kitchen space. Meanwhile, Clifton created the kitchen island with a home-bar setting with high-end bar stools and mood lighting.

Highlighting the smart glass at the master bathroom, it can be used as a partition to provide privacy while it can be switched to transparent to get a view into the living area, enhancing visual openness and giving the flat a WOW factor.

The harbour view continues into the master bedroom. Clifton designed the bath tub just right by the window to capture the dazzling harbour view, creating a sense of space and seamlessness.

The study room with a lifted platform has a Japanese-style tatami setting with a built-in desk on the bay window that faces the harbour view. The room is partitioned with a thin folding door, and the steps act as drawers underneath the platform to reveal storage space.

The bathroom is designed splendidly to be able to overlook the panorama harbour view both inside the bathroom, and through the living area. To make use of space efficiently, Clifton also installed a rain shower in the room-sized bathroom, offering another option of relaxation to owner.
