Renovation of private squash & tennis club in Brooklyn Heights built in 1908. Renovation included relocating existing dining room from the basement of the building onto the entry level floor. The existing women's locker room was relocated into the basement level. Central air was installed on Entry level and basement level. Existing Corrugated metal covered leaky skylights were replaced with new which required New York City Landmark's preservation approval.
