The Jackson residence program entailed adding a second story onto an existing garage, as well as building out second floor living space over the existing driveway. The new living space entails the following: a craft room, located over the garage, storage space, a large upstairs living space - complete with full bar, and a nice balcony - overlooking the front yard.
