Custom home built by Jeffco Development completed in 2016. GTM Architects. Our goal in the design was to take some features seen on a contemporary style home and mix in a farmhouse and traditional front porch look. We were able to fit an 18' nana wall which will open the entire family room to an outdoor living space filled with a fireplace, space heaters, surround sound, and more. Our kitchen design flows right into the family room. All rooms are over sized which can be seen especially in the master bath. We take a lot of time to prefect details and are always modifying the look of our homes with our architects to keep up with current design trends while also achieving a timeless feel.
