*All windows and doors triple glazed, Energy Star, argon filled and low E coated

*Entire home insulated using BASF WallTite Eco spray foam insulation

*Advanced caulking and sealing package

*Insulated headers, two stud corners, advanced framing techniques used

*DWHR unit (Drain Water Heat Recovery)

*Rainwater collection and re-use

*High Efficiency plumbing fixtures for water conservation

*Energy Star Appliances

*Heat Recovery Ventilation unit was installed for ventilation and fresh air circulation

*Low/no maintenance exterior building materials used on this project, including acrylic stucco, hardi siding, composite decking, and metal roofing
