(including open space) with 909 sq. ft. in completed basement space - this home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. When arriving at this home you are greeted with a dark contemporary two toned acrylic stucco exterior with complementary multi-toned stone pillar. We added black exterior windows and black garage doors to this home to make the warm stucco colours really pop. From the backside of this home it screams “WOW”, the oversized windows on the backside of this house are amazing. With this home being a walkout two-storey it provides two nice size deck areas. The interior of this home has been finished with a modern touch. Come home to clean, crisp lines and modern design – within every element of this home. When designed this home we wanted to give this house a grand feeling, to achieve this design feature we added oversized windows and interior doors and a beautiful grand staircase.
