This was a gut renovation of a 2300 square foot pre-war apartment located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The apartment is located in a architecturally significant building designed by the famed architect Emory Roth. The desire of our team was to create 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms out of a sadly chopped up apartment while maintaining gracious and open living spaces. We added central Air Conditioning and reworked the floor and ceiling structure to provide added stability and sound insulation.
