Gut Renovated pre-war apartment. The goal was to open up the kitchen to the living space to allow for the most flexible entertaining and enjoyment of a compact NYC apartment. Many pre-war details were retained while pairing with modern custom millwork, wideplank oak floors, and translucent glass doors.
