Our fantastic clients came home to find their house flooded after an upstairs laundry pipe burst. We had remodeled the home 2 years prior, so they called us to work on the new project. The juice bar wall we created was luckily un-touched.

The kitchen island was re made slightly smaller so we could use only one slab, and have no seam down the middle. We added a full height wine fridge and updated the pantry.

Upstairs we replaced the master closets and laundry room where the water leak had started.

In the basement we added a wet bar, the bar is by the patio so easy access to indoor / outdoor and the beach and strand walk.

We remodeled the basement bath and guest room. In the movie theater we replaced the carpet with a custom color wool and acoustic wallpaper from innovations.
