Thomas Place Residence

Originally built in 1959, this home was transformed using Classical designs and millwork. Millwork by Hull Historical, interior design by Julie Herd, and built by Hull Homes.

Before
Before the house was renovated. We replaced the iron portico with a traditional design using columns and a porch made of wood. Windows, shutters, steps and landscaping were all replaced, and the brick was painted white.

Before the dining room was renovated. This room was separated into two, creating the formal dining room and living room areas. The rooms are open, but separated with built-in book cases and china cabinets.

Kitchen designed and crafted by Hull Historical millwork, featuring marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Before the kitchen was renovated. We tore out the back wall to open up the kitchen to the family room, and installed all new cabinetry, appliances and flooring.
