New-built two bedroom two bathroom condo was fully renovated. As the result of ESTEE DESIGN's work the property value was significantly raised. The project lasted 3.5 month. During that time the entire unit was transformed from a very sad looking space to an elegant and stylish retreat. The worked performed included: painting of the entire unit, including doors, trim and ceilings, 5 different wallpapers were installed in each room, all new lighting fixtures were installed, including bathroom lights and mirrors. New screw less electrical plugs and switches were installed throughout. New custom two-tone hi gloss kitchen cabinets were designed, manufactured and installed to make the space look stylish and airy and accommodate a better integration of the all new appliances to the space. New custom designed TV/storage unit was installed in the living space to support the feel and look of the kitchen, while providing more storage to the space. New furniture selection for the living room and both bedrooms. Two custom beds were designed and manufactured under ESTEE DESIGN supervision to bring the entire concept for this condo to live. The second smaller bedroom included custom desk and chest of drawers, open and closed shelvings, finished with window seat and custom designed window treatments. Both bathroom were completely transformed. Not a single detail was missed.
