We gutted a 1977 spec house that was poorly built but exquisitely sited overlooking Richardson's Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. We raised the roof in places and dug out the entry to make an entry court and garden. (More images of that later). We exposed much of the roof framing to provide relief from all the excessive drywall in the house.

We worked with Lunaria lighting and they helped us find some awesome light fixtures for the place.
