Originally, I built cedar patio furniture for these gracious clients, who wanted to hire a local, and not buy from a retailer. A few years forward, and Ruby Mountain Builders has completed two more jobs on the peaceful North Shore property -- including this roof structure. The clients built the deck themselves, but realized that covering it was a challenge, due to the span. Ruby Mountain Builders designed the engineered structure and secured the building permit, with our project lead, Daniel Sherrod, overseeing the timber work.
