This home was certainly overdue for an update. The current kitchen and floor plan were original...and let's face it, it's just not how families of today live.
Removing walls was not enough to give this family of 5 the flow they needed for their lifestyle. We started over with the layout of the first floor by converting the living room into a study, moving the powder room to create space for a walk-in pantry, butlers pantry and bumped out the back of the kitchen to create an expansive open concept kitchen with a super amazing island! Timeless luxury with a splash of color for good measure...needless to say we have a stunner here!
