Our clients wanted to be able to supplement their income now and in the future by having an addition dwelling unit (ADU) built in their backyard. While our clients pitched in a lot on the project to keep costs down, we were able to build this charming one bedroom, 500 sq foot small house. This will bring them more financial security in the future while adding value to their property.
