This home was severely damaged in the 2017 storms that hit Santa Cruz County. Our client's had an eucalyptus tree from their backyard fall through the roof, and into the second story of the home. Thankfully, nobody was injured, and we were able to restore the rental unit. The added upgrades such as new flooring, a new roof, updated kitchen, and paint were helpful in increasing the value of the home.
