I met with Tom back in the summer of 2016 and he presented to me a pond that he had already spent money on and started building on his own. In the process of doing so, he decided not to go through with the idea of doing it on his own. I met with him again this year and we went over the scope of the project. We completed the pond and he was blown away with the results and the finished product.
