Installed new wood and laced it in at entry, sand the new wood and some old wood in entry and dinning room . Took out old rails, knewel post and wood spindles . Installed new red oak rails, knewel posts and meatal spindles . Also took out old vanity and toilet and replaced with new ones . Removed the old base and replaced with new 5inch white .
