This one-of-a-kind townhome backyard is like nothing we've ever seen before! This multi-phase project began in 2014 with the construction of a patio, Trex bridge and stone stairs leading to the rear gardens. The second phase which began in late 2015, included prep for the swim spa, installation of retaining walls, privacy screens and a new PT deck with glass paneling and aluminum railings. This luxurious new deck features built-in LED disc lighting and wiring for a complete outdoor entertainment center, as well as wood skirting to conceal the swim spa. One challenge we encountered with this project was the lack of access to the job site. The only entrance to the backyard was through the lower level garage, up a flight of stairs and through a narrow walkway. To overcome this obstacle our crew constructed a non-slip, heavy duty ramp over the stairs in the garage. The swim spa was even craned over the house and into the backyard! This backyard truly qualifies as a townhome spa retreat and will be envied by the whole neighbourhood!
