This recent design proposal is a single detached house for a young family of four. The site is located within a pristine and natural setting near Millcreek Ravine. The efficient and compact floor layouts offer excellent views to the ravine and downtown skyline. The reversed walkout lower level is accessed through a sunken moss garden courtyard and serves as the entrance to the homeowner's work studio.
