The Vuncannon's project was a full remodel from start to finish for Cab-I-net Design & Remodel Specialists. We started by removing the adjoining wall between the kitchen and the living room area, completely opening up this space to nearly double it's size. After removing the wall it allowed the client to have a wonderful eat in kitchen complete with a rounded island for guests to gather and for the family to entertain. In order to make this kitchen everything the client dreamed of we did what we do best, get our hands dirty in real construction work. By saw-cutting the slab to run power to the new island and making sure this house was structurally sound it made this open concept kitchen functional yet inviting. We added storage solutions to both the island and food storage areas making cooking a breeze. By integrating a small area for home office storage it made this kitchen become the heart beat of this home.
