Extensive remodel and second story addition to transform a typical Los Altos ranch house into a traditional style, two-story home. We redesigned the overall architecture to be more nuanced, with natural materials, and accents on fine details. Working with the client, we developed a more traditional separated plan, allowing for children and parents to maintain personal space and independence.
