This project took place in a historic home designed by architect Charles Schneider, the same visionary behind Stan Hywet Hall. Our goal was to give the kitchen and mudroom a complete transformation—modernizing both spaces for today’s lifestyle while maintaining the home’s timeless charm and architectural integrity. Every design decision, from cabinetry style and finishes to lighting and layout, was made with a deep respect for the home’s original craftsmanship. The result is a pair of newly refreshed spaces that function beautifully for modern living yet feel as if they’ve always belonged in this historic residence.
