Moving into your first new home is very exciting! Our first project with this client had been decorating their condo and when they decided to purchase a new home they requested our expertise to create an updated traditional look.

The floor plan for this open family room and kitchen had to be functional for large extended family gatherings. In the family room a sectional provides seating for six and is accented with yellow and blue accents. A blue geometric area rug anchors the space.

For the kitchen eat-in space we moved the chandelier to the center of the room and placed the dining table beneath. Then we created a built-in bench at the window, which opened up the walking space and added seating for three more people.
