Trafalgar Residence

A new 3,400 square foot Spanish Colonial Revival House and also influenced by Andalusian Architecture from Southern Spain.

The house is wrapped with decks on three on sides for sweeping ocean views of the famous T-Street surfing beach in San Clemente, California.

The main living area is on the top floor with a grand outdoor stairway leading to the entry door at the 2nd level.

The view of the house as you walk up from the famous T-Street surfing beach in San Clemente, California. One of the alcoves along the side hides the outdoor shower which every beach household needs to have.

The house is entered via outdoor steps that sweep up from the front to the tower on the second floor. The deck wraps around the house from the front entry, but you can also enter through the tower into the living space.

The outdoor sleeping porch was designed with a fireplace for pleasant evenings by the fire. Above the sleeping porch is a balconette for the master bedroom suite. On warm summer nights the French doors can remain open for the ocean breezes to flow through into the master suite.

The roof deck is the ultimate spot to bring guests on a warm summer evening just as the sun is setting. The views of the coastline and the famous T-Street Surfing Beach are spectacular.

The Owner's private retreat leads out through French doors to the shared Master Bedroom deck. This area is very private at the back of the house and when the landscaping is complete, will be surrounded by a forest of trees making the space even more private.
