A 1940's home in Pacific Beach was in need of a major makeover when the homeowner's purchased it. Nau Builders' design team worked on transforming it from a dark, dated house into a bright, open home.

The existing interior was gutted and all new flooring, fixtures, electrical, paint, etc. were added. The existing Kitchen was opened to the Living Room to create a spacious Great Room and a 1,200 sf 2-story addition was extended off the Kitchen. The new addition includes a Master Suite, Office, Laundry Room, Powder Room, and downstairs Entertainment Room, Kitchenette/Bar, and Guest Bath.
