This transitional bathroom had to serve the needs of the bachelor homeowner, with an eye to a future female mate sharing the space. Organization was a priority. The client loves European travel and historic hotels, paired with a love of sleek European cars. To achieve that blend here in the master bath, a custom hand painted terra cotta tile in a novel gray and paprika palette created by the designer becomes the art that differentiates this from other cream and gray bathrooms.
