This 1,275 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath custom new home design was created for our clients as a lovely, waterfront weekend getaway. The style is that of traditional tidewater house with classic elements such as the deep shaded, wrap around porch, clapboard siding, stone hearth fireplace and interior vaulted ceiling. Quality construction using sustainable materials and modern interior spaces render this a transitional design well suited to the Northern Neck region of Virginia where it is located.
