Transitional with Rustic Accents

Traditional meets industrial in this space that was created to be user friendly for a chef. The island becomes a major focal point of the kitchen with three stainless steel industrial pendents and a stainless steel microwave drawer that is user friendly to the rest of the family without getting in the way when the cook is hard at work.

The bi-level island provides a lower counter at a comfortable height for baking prep. The floor to ceiling cabinets provide ample storage for all kitchen needs. The barn door was added to hide the pantry, while creating a focal point and adding color to the space. The extra space above the refrigeration was utilized by creating wine bottle storage. Every piece of this kitchen was used to its full capacity so there was no wasted space.
