This project featured the construction of a custom outdoor living space with a large elevated Trex deck and covered overhang. The deck was built with all new ground-treated framing and posts installed on concrete footings to create a strong, long-lasting substructure.

The finished deck surface features Trex Pebble Grey decking with a picture-frame border, complemented by white PVC fascia trim around the perimeter and stair fronts for a clean, finished look. A Trex Transcend Classic White railing system with black aluminum round balusters was installed along with Classic White post sleeves, caps, and collars. The deck also includes a Pebble Grey cocktail rail and an ADA-compliant handrail for the stairway.

The project also included a custom roof overhang to create a covered outdoor area. The overhang was framed and finished with siding, roof sheathing, architectural asphalt shingles, and a white aluminum soffit ceiling. Electrical was added for an outdoor ceiling fan and lighting near the patio doors to make the space comfortable for relaxing or entertaining.
