Tribeca Loft

This 2,320 sq.ft. loft space is an exercise in restoration and modernization in this 19th c. factory building. The 12 foot high tin ceilings were meticulously restored to seamlessly conceal a new air conditioning system. Repurposed floor-to-ceiling wood and frosted glass French doors were assembled into large sliding pocket doors for flexible use of the office and guest room during large or small social gatherings. The 44’ long continuous window seat and display along the arched wood windows allows for relaxing sunlit views of the TRIBECA brick landscape.
