Tricky Layout

Challenges: Multiple entries into kitchen!!! Existing Kitchen had entry into the kitchen from the dining room, main hallway and then veered to an unused washer/dryer area and then a powder room with and exit door to backyard. Washer/Dryer had been previously relocated so we gained usable space but Powder Room had been recently remodeled so it had to stay. Refrigerator Area had been modified because Clients Refrigerator didn't fit so Client had a portion taken from Sunroom to have it recessed into the wall. So that had to stay also. Client's Must Haves was to keep eat in area, Plumbing had to stay in same location and Windows had to stay...Other than that I just had to figure out a solution to this puzzle and stay under budget!

So New Kitchen Plan was to Steal part of the Hallway behind the buffet area and block off the entrance to the kitchen from the hallway. There were 2 small bedrooms off hallway. Clients were using one as a Master and One As Office. So Idea was to Make The 2 Bedrooms into one which allowed for the doorway to be Blocked Off. New Kitchen became a modified Galley Style and incorporated Tall Appliance Cabinet which would house Micro/Oven, Range would change to a cooktop with Decorative Hood, Cooking Center would wrap around to previous washer/dryer area and create Tall Storage Cabinets for Pantry Storage and a Utility Cabinet. Sink Wall would end in Peninsula that would allow for Bar Stools so Client could keep her Eat In Area she wanted. Rollouts were added to Every Cabinet for Ease of Use and Functionality!
