Twice As Nice - RENO
CONTEMPORARY DESIGN UNIT
This 1910-built duplex was modernized and reimagined with one side as contemporary design and the other in traditional. Storage and efficiency were key in these compact floor plans and include a Great room, Powder room, home office, and clever laundry space on the upper floor. The 9-foot ceilings enhance light and space while the designer kitchens host custom millwork. This contemporary design includes horizontal-grain walnut, flat panel cabinetry paired with quartz countertops and maple flooring. The soft off-white tones, square-edge quartz counters, and faux vein-cut stone porcelain tiles pair beautifully with contemporary glass and aluminum handrail adding to the modern, clean-line appeal.
