The newly purchased home did not meet the needs of the new owners.
Wanting their home to live as a one-story home, but wanting the additional space on the second floor for guests, the new design provides a large Master Suite on the first floor, along with a new Great Room
and gourmet Kitchen. As with most of our designs, the Great Room and Master Suite open to a large covered Outdoor Room. The second floor consists of a Living Loft, and two Guest Bedrooms.

The exterior keeps with the styling of the existing home.
