Steve is talented, willing to collaborate with his clients, and professional. I was referred to him by my sister who utilized him and I am extremely happy that he worked on my new home construction. I had an unusual shaped lot and Steve was able to create a design with beautiful elevations while also maximizing the house square footage even with the lot constraints. He designed an open space layout while working with my family on any suggestions and feedback that we had. Steve respected our opinions and was able to take our input and incorporate our requests into an even better design. Steve is also very efficient and productive, being able to draw multiple floor plan layouts and elevations to try and come up with the best architectural plan. Steve was always responsive and let us know what the next steps were with his great communication skills. I enjoyed working with Steve and would highly recommend him.

Steve is talented, calm, and professional. His design to maximize living space for our “non-conforming lot was perfect. He took care of all permits and helped us with The City of Seal Beach and the Coastal Commission. He dealt with them perfectly - without him I’m not sure we would have obtained our building permit. Throughout our construction process he has continually worked with our general contract to solve any issues or changes we wanted. Steve- it looks like we will be able to move in at the end of next week and we are excited to move in our open and bright “Beach Shack”

I couldn't be happier with Sennikoff Architects. Steve provided the vision when I was unable to see what I needed in the bathroom addition. He is the ultimate professional and very patient! I referred him to my sister, and he designed a beautiful granny flat for her home as well. He is talented, patient and responsive...I couldn't have asked for anything else!

When we decided to take our home remodel to a different level he came over, walked through, listen to what we wanted. He needs to provide more guidance as to the overall cost of his projects. Lack of overall communication professionalism, and ownership of the project. More consideration of cost of permits, licenses, additional square footage,..etc... Reasonably priced though.

We hired Steven Sennikoff Architects to create our new mediterranean style guest house and a very complex comprehensive remodel of our historical home. He designed a superlative guest house and the perfect plan for the remodel. It was nothing short of excellence in design. He was professional, creative in his solution and the experience was outstanding as well. He created the ideal design for our property. I would recommend him without reservation as a true professional for any size project. Do yourself a favor hire an architect and it should be Steven.

I have been working with Steve on our home rebuild in Orange County. The project has greatly evolved from the original plan, by my doing, and Steve has been so flexible with each change. He has a calm and understanding approach to business which makes him very easy to work with. I am so pleased with how our plans have turned under the guidance and creativity of Sennikoff Architects. Steve is an exceptional architect with creative ideas about space and scale. We have used Steve on several of our new home projects in San Diego and found him to be an excellent source of imagination and creation. Our landscape is littered with too many poor examples of architecture that do not relate to the surroundings or the neighborhoods. Steve has a tremendous vision for balancing scale and architecture that is timeless and adds beauty to the surrounding neighborhood.

I noticed after saving a number of photos to my ideabooks that the majority of them were from Sennikoff Architects. Fortunately, he was within driving distance, so I hired his firm after meeting with Steven. All I can say is that I could not be more pleased with the outcome…and I am NOT easy to please. My husband was absolutely blown away by the design…he couldn't believe that our current (ugly) house could be so transformed - and within our budget! He is the only architect I will ever call again.

Steven Sennikoff built our dream house for us, and we absolutely love it! He was one of three very capable architects that we interviewed and initially liked his calm, reassuring manner and most of all, that he listened to our needs and desires. He assessed our design desires and lifestyle and showed us drawings and his fee schedule and we hired him. We have no regrets. He was absolutely amazing. He said he could designed our house in 3 trys, and he did. He was timely, stayed available during the build to consult with our contractor and ensured the integrity of the design. We hired Sennikoff Architects to create plans for a remodel on a 1939 house located in the Alamatios Heights neighborhood in Long Beach. Our goal was to move the master downstairs and create a great room area to include the kitchen, dining and family area, while keeping with the original feel of the house. Sennikoff Architects did a wonderful job. They moved walls, updated ceiling heights, while keeping within the original perimeter of most of the house. The new addition include the great room, which was a natural fit to come off the back of the house. The design included large windows and bifolding doors that open into our backyard, creating a natural transition from the interior living space to the outdoors. They were very good at listening to our needs and incorporating them into the design. When there were questions on site after the project started, they were there immediately. I would highly recommend Sennikoff Architects for any future projects.

I'm scrolling thru Houzz and find pictures of our Bungalow that we own in La Quinta, California. It was designed by Sennikoff architects. We love this Bungalow it's beautifully done, we fell in love with the design of the home the first time we looked at it. It's magical inside of the home and outside of the home. Our family has grown and their visits are more frequent, we are in the process of building a new home in the same neighborhood, I so wish I had found Sennikoff Architects before we had started with someone else but I have a lot of his ideas saved which I am planning on using in the new home design.
