The challenge on this project was to deliver pure white floors as envisioned by the homeowner, while battling the dramatic pink undertones of the red oak floors. Through use of a two part wood bleach, and custom staining, we were able to avoid the dreaded “pink” floor which often comes when one attempts to stain red oak a white tone.
