A neglected house, owned by a local university sat untouched for several years when our clients purchased the home. The house had a storied past from at least the late 1800's and had switched ownership as well as usage several times. The new owners, who loved the proximity to the charming downtown, park and amphitheater - contacted ValEquity to uncover the past, and reimagine the space, to age in place.
