The Owners of this Whitefish Bay home wanted to address the ongoing drainage issues and water damage they were experiencing with an unconventional flat roof home. A completely new roof was the best solution, but before they went ahead with this unique project, they wanted to be sure they acknowledged the future needs of a master bathroom and closet. Therefore, a second story addition was included to determine the overall truss design of the new roof and to support a future bathroom/closet renovation. Phase II(which happened less than a year later) was the interior remodel of the master suite which utilized the newly added structure. Other improvements included all new shutters and a complete paint job to put the final touches on the home's curb appeal.
