For this Upper East Side apartment we worked with our client to tie in both modern and traditional elements for their Kitchen and Bathroom renovation. For the kitchen they kept a wall of exposed brick, a unique feature of New York City apartments that adds to the natural beauty of this transitional kitchen. To amplify their kitchen space we performed a partial wall removal and converted a nearby closet into a nook to house their refrigerator. For the bathroom we installed medium sized tiles from Porcenalosa on the walls, and small hexagon-shaped tiles on the floor for a very modern classic look.
