For our UWS Flat project we wanted to create an ecclectic space that’s inviting, elegant, and emphasises the beautiful given architectural details.

This apartment was fully painted and the brick walls got an overdue facial.
Our client requested for us to bring in some soothing and fun color(s). We picked blue
We wanted to tone down a bit the warmth of the wood floors and use a palette that would bring out this gorgeous brick arched.
This space is very open and has gigantic ceilings so we were able to really play with the size of the lighting fixtures.
This window being the only source of natural light of the living space, we wanted to emphasize it. We had these beautiful stonewashed white linen sheers custom made to dress up the dining area and let as much light as possible come through.
