When a client purchased the bottom two floors of a large brownstone in the west 80's, he created the opportunity to live in a virtual townhouse. A public parlor floor, complete with soaring ceilings, combines with a downstairs bedroom level with a walkout garden. The design team faithfully restored the prominent historic features; intervened with a new two-story solarium; and created a modern master suite. Interior Design by Katch ID.
