Plans include subdividing the property to allow construction of a smaller, contemporary house designed by Newport, RI architects Estes/Twombly and transfer of a 15-acre wetland parcel to the Conservation Comission.

This summer improvements were made to the farmhouse including removal of overgrown foundation planting (top photo, below) and replacement with new plantings, perimeter drainage, and entry paths.
