Perched upon a picturesque hillside, this 5,600 sqft contemporary home
exemplifies indoor/outdoor living at its finest. With expansive glass walls and louvered sun shades, the home’s public spaces open completely to
the patio, pool, and incredible foothill and vineyard views.

The challenge of this project was to design a home on a steep hillside in
a way that would respect the site and compliment it’s natural beauty.

The lower level follows the natural grade of the terrain, with a subterranean wine cellar tucked into the hill.

The signature design statement is a cantilevered bedroom wing, visible from Westside Road and the driveway approach below. The cantilevered room physically enters the valley’s airspace above the Russian River with its famous vineyards.
