Scope: Design and Build Turnkey Project
This design and build turnkey project involves the construction of a 2800 sqft residence that accommodates personal use, a guest room, and a rental unit. The project focuses on achieving optimal ventilation despite site restrictions and incorporates a minimalistic exterior elevation that considers the local weather conditions.
The design concept for this residence combines functionality, versatility, and minimalistic aesthetics. Emphasis is placed on achieving adequate ventilation despite site constraints, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
