For the last few years we have planned and managed a kitchen garden for one of our hospital clients. We started this project by building the raised gardens using decorative concrete pavers. The beds are arranged as a clover shape to best fill the unique 5-sided courtyard space. We plant the garden twice per season. We also maintain and harvest the space.
