Outdoor Vegetable Structure. Design by Carson Douglas Landscape Architecture, Build by Land Aesthetic. Redwood and Steel structure used to keep large and small animals away from the interior raised vegetable garden. A work bench and shed provide space for storage and potting. In addition to the vegetable structure, we installed flagstone walks, an orchard, and modified paving under and existing pergola. A 5000 gallon subterranean tank was installed to capture water runoff from surrounding hillsides. Captured water is used to irrigated vegetable beds and fruit orchard. Orchard was installed on graded swales that help slow rainwater and encourage deeper rooting trees.
